Your customers understand how things work here.
How to check in, what order to do things in, what not to do. Write down what you explain to visitors over and over — just once. AI drafts the other four languages, you check and publish, and customers read in their own language by scanning a QR code. They need no app and no account.

How it works
There are only four things for you to do. None of them involve writing a foreign language.
-
1Write the guide
You only need two things: a title and what to do first. Add steps, things to note and who to contact — only as many as you need. Steps can carry photos, so you can show the actual ticket machine or locker instead of describing it.
-
2Check the AI draft
AI drafts the other four languages from what you wrote. It does not add anything you didn't write — prices, opening hours, whether something is allowed. Check each language and fix anything by hand. Hand-edited translations are not overwritten when you translate again.
-
3Publish
Only guides you have checked are shown to customers. Set a start and end date and a guide comes down on its own when the period passes. You can also hide one temporarily.
-
4Print the QR code and put it up
One QR code per guide. Choose a tabletop sign, a wall poster or a sticker, and export them together as a PDF.
Editing the contents of a guide does not break the QR code you've already put up. You only need to replace it if you stop using that guide altogether.
What it does
It conveys what to do next, not just a translation
“What to do first” goes at the top, with steps, cautions, reasons and troubleshooting shown separately. It is never one long block of prose. Your customers are reading an unfamiliar language, quickly, in a dim corridor.
Photos are shared across languages
A photo attached to a step is the same whichever language it's opened in. Even when the text can't be read, you can point at the button to press or the place to put something. Photos are never sent to the AI.
A person checks before anything is published
AI output never reaches your customers as-is. Nothing is published until the facility has checked and confirmed it language by language.
Emergency guides open from anywhere
A guide marked as an emergency — earthquake, fire, feeling unwell — can be opened from a bar at the top of every screen. No guide is ever a dead end.
A line to show your staff
For things a customer can't easily explain themselves, a “please show this” line appears in both the customer's language and yours, side by side. Your staff read it in their own language.
The app for facilities
Registering guides, checking translations, publishing and printing QR codes are all done in the app for facilities. Your customers do not need an app.
You can start free — up to 3 guides visible to customers. To show more, change your plan in the app.
The app is in preparation. We will announce its release on this page.
Before you use this
This service is not a substitute for alarm systems, emergency calls, or evacuation equipment. In an emergency, follow the facility's equipment and staff instructions.
For guides touching on medical care, safety, disasters, law or contracts, the facility is responsible for the final content. Do not treat machine translation as a guarantee of safety.
